About the project

Collective Aid is an independent volunteer-run organization aiming to assist refugees and other displaced people on the doorsteps of Europe. They focus their efforts on providing food, non-food items, and psycho-social support, in a professional and caring manner. Their main project in Belgrade is teaching languages and running activities in our community center outside Obrenovac. With opportunities ranging from cooking to logistics, and social media to teaching, there is something for everyone. 

What will I be doing?

  • Cooking and distribute food at the refugee camp nearby
  • Distribute  hygiene packs, crafts
  • Other activities

What impact would I have?

You will be contributing to enhancing the life of thousands of people living as refugees in the Balkans.

The residents of Obrenovac camp.

Accommodation

Volunteer housing is provided at a cost of €5 per night and one evening meal a day is provided for volunteers. Special arrangements can be discussed for volunteers staying longer than 3 months.
